Unlock your hidden powers! A science based method for promoting emotional regulation, growth mindset, and executive functioning skills. Traditional Chinese Medicine views the body as its own ecosystem through the 5 Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water). Every person has their own unique makeup of elements which effect everything from how you react to stress to what you need to feel nourished. A child who’s dominate elements is fire will express themselves through movement, seeking excitement and play, they love to talk! When out of balance and under stress they are usually the ones with a “fiery” temper. Where as a child (or parent) may be dominate in the Water element will be much more quiet and reserved enjoying reading, reflection, time in nature to just be. When out of balance and under stress they are the ones to withdraw and shut down. This session is a combination of self-discovery to understand your unique energetic needs, as well as balancing of the elements through various non-invasive modalities. Great for ADHD.
