Granular/powder- just add hot water 3. Tincture- alcohol based herbal formula is convenient for the folks that are on the go. 4. Pills- convenient way to take the herbs without having to taste them. Includes evaluation, herbal medicine prescription + dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
