Topic: Rebirth: A Journey Inward to Your Best Self
In our November series, we will work through our assessment of where this post-pandemic life has landed us – or where we choose to land. How did 2022 turn out for you? Were you able to manifest everything you really wanted this year, or are there some lingering issues that require self-exploration and healing. What is driving stress into your life today and how can you effectively let it go and move on to the life you know you were meant to live?
Week 1: Meditation: How to develop and sustain a consistent practice?
Week 2: Forgiveness: What are those things that we need to release?
Week 3: Getting to Know You! Identifying your Dosha!
Week 4: Self-Acceptance: Loving yourself with grace and ease
Benefits and Outcomes:
You will exit November with a new level of consciousness and present moment awareness in your own life. We will practice stress-reduction tools and techniques that allow us to live more joyfully as well as use exercises and rituals to release things that no longer serve us. Identifying your Dosha (your mind-body-spirit orientation from birth), you will have a better understanding of who you are and your ability to find balance in your life. Lastly, we will learn how to practice more self-acceptance so we can raise our vibration and ripple good energy into our work and relationships each day.
