These sessions are designed to bring a sense of calm to your whole being by utilizing sound therapy, crystals, reiki, and light touch to clear your energetic field, and to help release emotional blockages.
During an energy healing session, your practitioner may guide you in setting an intention for your desired outcome as they begin to utilize different tools to bring you to a higher vibrational frequency. Clients enjoy sound frequencies designed to slow down the brain waves to a deeply restorative state, so that healing can take place in every cell of the body. At our holistic center, we are of the mindset that, “energy flows where intention goes”.
Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love and joy. Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments or voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body.
Most of your session will be touchless with a strong focus on clearing and strengthening your aura, an electromagnetic field about 3-8 inches from your body. In human beings, the aura or energetic field is a storehouse of all negative and positive energies, so it is important to keep this field strong and healthy for optimal health. Your practitioner may use reiki symbols, mantras and affirmations, crystals, and essential oils to support their work in clearing and expanding your field so that you can experience improved health and self-regulation.
Towards the end of the session, you will have a check in with your practitioner about your experience, which will help them to formulate a self-care plan customized to your needs, and to help you to restore your life force energy.
