Katie Robertson

Katie has had a passion for holistic health, wellness and the healing arts from a very young age. Fascinated by the science and mystery (and magic) of the body, the earth and the universe. Always interested in the bigger picture and WHY a symptom, disease, or emotional pattern exist. Dissatisfied that the answer was in a pill and not digging deeper for what’s happening beneath the surface. Dealing with her own struggles with anxiety and trauma was determined to find a way to truly HEAL.

As a wife and mom to 10 year old triplets the desire to heal the root cause became even stronger. Understanding the connection between the mind and body became the focal point of study. Seeing the mind as a tool and the body as messenger we can begin to truly heal. Knowing the body as highly intelligent and always striving to keep us safe and in balance began looking for ways to support its natural healing ability. Stress whether its mental, physical, or emotional is the leading cause of most disease. With our current lifestyles and ongoing challenges its difficult for the body to enter into a “Parasympathetic” state. Most of us know the “Sympathetic” Fight-Flight-Freeze but have trouble entering into the Parasympathetic state of Rest-Digest-Heal.

Katie is dedicated to helping you heal your Nervous System so you can live life from a state of calm and ease vs stress and chaos. Katie enjoys being in nature (#1 way to enter Parasympathetic and its free!), spending time with her family, traveling, reading, meditation, astrology and crystals. ​
