Cranial Sacral Therapy

Releases tension deep within the body to relieve pain and disfunction, while allowing the entire body to relax and self-correct. CST naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens your resistance to disease, and enhances your overall health and well-being. Cranial Sacral Therapy is gentle, non-invasive, effective, and transformational on many levels.

Everyday you endure stresses and strains that your body absorbs. Your body can only handle so much tension, before the tissues begin to tighten and potentially affect the brain and spinal cord. Unfortunately, this can compromise the function of the central nervous system and the performance of nearly every other system in your body. By freeing the central nervous system to perform at its best, you improve your whole body health and performance.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is a therapeutic process that uses and expands on the principles of Cranial Sacral Therapy, to help rid the mind and body of the residual effects of trauma. Somatic means body and the process of SER is to find out where in the body emotion is held. The healing process is a journey! It takes us deeper into ourselves, sometimes discovering old patterns or injuries that we thought were no longer affecting us.

While we cannot change the past, we CAN change the emotional and energetic hold that the past continues to have on us. This inner work approach assists and empowers us to use the trauma as a catalyst, and as a transformative experience.

Heat Therapy & Aromatherapy is also included in every CST session.

You remain clothed for your appointment, so please wear loose comfortable clothing.
