Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) releases tension deep within the body to relieve pain and disfunction, while allowing the entire body to relax and self-correct. CST naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens your resistance to disease, and enhances your overall health and well-being. In the Brain Balance session, CST is used to gently release the cranial bones to better access the brain structures. CST is gentle, non-invasive, effective, and transformational on many levels.​​

Brain Lymphatic or Glymphatic System (glial-lymphatic) contributes to the transport of nutrients and signaling molecules into the brain, meanwhile promoting the clearance of proteins and interstitial waste out of the brain. Brain Lymphatic Therapy is extremely relaxing and highly beneficial for a multitude of conditions.
